As an essential service Massey University Student Health and Counselling Centres are open to their patients and clients. To make an appointment to see a medical professional, please call your campus clinic using the details below. Appointments are available by telephone or video where possible, but will also be available face-to-face if deemed necessary.

Make an appointment

To make an appointment to see a medical professional, please call your campus clinic.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must let us know at least two hours before. You can do this by email or phone. If you don't let us know, you'll need to pay a $10.00 'Did not attend' fee.

All Massey University students can register with the student health and counselling services. To access all services at discounted rates, you must register with a clinic.

Your Massey enrolment to study doesn't include campus clinic registration. You decide who your healthcare provider will be.

The counselling service at Massey University is available to all students currently residing in New Zealand. Distance students can contact any campus clinic to book a session with a counsellor. This is a confidential and professional service that is free for all students.

The Massey University student health and counselling service is Cornerstone Quality Practice accredited. This accreditation is issued by the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, and means our clinics maintain the high standards set by the College for general practice in New Zealand.

Clinic hours and locations

Massey University provides student health and counselling services across its three campuses. Campus clinics are open weekdays during working hours. They're closed on Public Holidays, the days between Christmas and New Year, and the Tuesday after Easter Monday.

Auckland campus

The centre is located on level 2 of Student Central.
