Research Expertise
Research Interests
I am an interdisciplinary researcher interested in organisational behaviour and psychology. My areas of interest are Stress, Trauma and Anxiety, Wellbeing and mental health, and Psychosocial risks in the organisational context. My focus is on contextualising organisational support to best suit the needs of employees. My current projects are based on:
- Management capability index;
- Employee Wellbeing and Organisational Support;
- Perceptions and attitudes towards Christchurch March 15th 2019 attack;
- Terrorism, Job stress, and Employee behaviours;
- Women and exclusion;
- Migrants and Trauma.
Being a pragmatist, my projects are mostly mixed-methods, I feel comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data sets.
