I have a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Auckland, majoring in Marketing and Management, and my Masters’ degree is from the University of New South Wales, majoring in Advanced Human Resource Management. I also have a post graduate qualification in Tertiary teaching from Otago University. I have worked in both the manufacturing and the service industry, and I lectured at the University of Otago before coming to Massey in 2001.

My research interests centre on issues of diversity and equality in employment as well as Remuneration and training practices.
