Doctoral Co-Supervisor School of ManagementMajid is a Lecturer of Management and Sustainable Business at the School of Management, Massey University. Prior to joining Massey, he held academic positions at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Pakistan and Xiamen University in Malaysia. He earned his PhD in Management from Massey University.
Majid's research interests focus on corporate social responsibility, sustainability communication and praxis, forced labor, leadership, and ethical issues in business. His research seeks to explore the intersection of business and society, with an emphasis on generating both theoretical insights and empirical evidence that can inform practical applications.

I integrate my research into teaching business ethics and sustainability across various academic levels. I taught courses including Business and Sustinability, Integrative Management, Business Ethics and CSR, Organizational Theory & Design, Organizational Behaviour, and Strategic Management. My teaching philosophy emphasizes interactivity and the application of management theories to real-world problems, aiming to cultivate insightful and compassionate practitioners.
